Emma Marks
Emma has over 6 years of experience as a UK Athletics qualified coach and Personal Trainer and has dedicated her full-time career to helping individuals achieve their running goals. As a competitive ultra runner, Emma has honed and developed her own skills but also developed a deep understanding of the physical and mental demands of sport.

Leo Loughran
Leo has almost 30 years running experience, competing at all distances from 5k to ultrarunning. In 2023 he won the M2L Ultra and a week later, ran Manchester Marathon in 2 hour 40 min. In 2023 Leo completed the GB Ultras Slam. Leo loves the outdoors and the mountains, running to maintain good mental health and wellbeing. He also enjoys supporting runners of all abilities so you’ll often see Leo at recce runs. He is driven by setting big goals and to test his limits, believing nothing is impossible.

Emily Mills
Emily is a fantastic athlete who shows great endurance, positivity and resilience while always sparing time in the lead up to and after events to support others. Emily’s results speak for themselves and we’re delighted that Emily has been added to our GB Ultras team in 2024.

Jon Park
Jon has always been into fitness and this led to starting obstacle course racing but it was the running that Jon enjoyed the most. Jon is drawn to push himself and did his first ultra in 2017 and was soon hooked. He love’s the atmosphere around an ultra event, meeting runners with all different experiences and learning from them, and maybe even helping others with his own knowledge too. Jon’s a very friendly runner who runs with a smile on his face so if you are about head over to say hi.

Kelly Marie Staunton
Kelly Marie is currently age 28, has been running for a few years and has a huge love for ultrarunning which started in 2022. Kelly Marie loves ultrarunning, meeting new people, sharing her experience and knowledge with people, and being able to give something back to the community by volunteering on race and recce days. For Kelly Marie, being part of GB Ultras has been an amazing experience to meet so many likeminded people.

Adam Holland
Ultramarathon and endurance athlete from Devon, has won more marathons and ultras than anyone else in the UK, positioning Adam in the top 5 in the world for marathon wins, having run over 540. Adam has several Guinness World Records and when he was just 23 years old, he completed 100 marathons making him the youngest person in Europe to achieve this. Adam is also the fastest person to run 10 marathons in 10 days, with an average time of 2 hours 45 minutes. His fastest marathon to date was the 2018 Loch Ness marathon which he completed in 2:24:24 (h:mm:ss).

Josie Nye
Josie’s running journey began with obstacle course racing before discovering her love of long distances and the mountains. Josie love’s running in Wales and her favourite GB Ultras course is Yr Wyddfa Ultra 50. This year Josie is looking forward to experiencing more of the GB Ultras course’s and seeing how long she can run for at Hope Trail Festival 36 Hour.
