I’d like to return an item
Returning a GB Ultras order is free and easy. We want you to be happy with the products you purchase from us. If something’s not right, you can return the product to us within 14 days, and we will gladly refund or exchange (subject to availability).
Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide a refund or exchange without a valid proof of purchase.
We also don’t provide refunds on items that have been washed or worn.
At event/in-store purchases
If you ordered and paid for the product at an event or in store, you can claim your refund by taking your items and proof of purchase to any of our events or by sending them to ourselves.
For home delivery orders
If your item was sent by post by GB Ultras, or if you are unable to return your purchase back to an event, you can post the item back to ourselves. If you decide to send via recorded delivery or courier, please email the recorded delivery receipt / tracking reference to shop@gbultras.com. Once your item has arrived back with ourselves, we’ll action your refund back to the payment method you used to place your order. We are unable to refund the postage costs unless your item arrives damaged or is faulty.
Refunds take 5-7 working days to be credited to your payment card or PayPal account, depending on your card provider. If you’re returning the products, all we ask is that you take reasonable care of them while they are in your possession.
When returning products, for whatever reason, please ensure where possible that before you return them, your purchase is repackaged in a suitable way, using the original packaging it was delivered in. If your purchase is not repackaged correctly (for example, because it’s not safe or parts could fall out and go missing), then this could mean that no refund can be given. If you would like more information on your legal rights, contact your local Trading Standards Office or Citizens Advice Bureau.
Nothing in these T & C’s excludes or limits your legal rights (also referred to as your statutory rights).
What delivery options are available?
We offer a wide range of delivery options depending on the products you’re buying.
- Royal Mail ‘tracked’ services are used to deliver your items. If you aren’t in when the delivery is attempted, Royal Mail will leave a card giving you options for the redelivery.
- Orders are processed between Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00. Orders received outside these times or at weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
- Items are usually shipped within 48-72 hours after receipt of your order.
- If the GB Ultras team are at an event then this could mean a small delay to the delivery time.
- We have a range of our merchandise available to purchase at each of our events – cash or card is accepted.

Delivery charges vary by item – these will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
